[Release] Positional DAT/SPR Replacer for Honey Editor

  • What it is: Tool to replace things and sprites between a base and a RD pack while maintaining IDs and structure.
  • Avoids garbage in the .spr.
  • Key New Features Positional replacement by thing: reuses existing sprite IDs, cleans up excess, creates new ones only when the LEFT sprite ID was 0.
  • Safe for shared sprites with refcount.
  • 1:1 group rebuild with the RIGHT sprite ID.
  • Fast preview, debounce search, queue sidebar. How it works Load your base .dat/.spr. Load RD .dat/.spr.
  • Select thing LEFT ↔ RIGHT and add to the queue.
  • Apply: reuses IDs from the LEFT sprite ID, copies data from the RIGHT sprite ID, cleans up excess.
  • Benefits No artificial growth in .spr files.
  • Consistent multiple replacements.
  • Clean and reproducible exports.
